Bonjour to the people of dream land, who tend to wake up with a jolt, courtesy to their horrifying dreams, and also to the people who are here for some fun reading. This is our first time as bloggers and here is why we are here. "My partner in crime" if I may refer to her as that has been having terrifying nightmares for quite sometime now. She is basically the reason why this blog exists, as after hearing some handful of her spooky dreams I decided it was about time we made something positive out of her misery. There have been instances of her having sleepless nights with twists and turns and waking up in the morning wondering that a bad night is definitely not the best way to start any day.The word 'nightmare' is derived from Old English "mare", a mythological demon or goblin who torments others with frightening dreams. Well, don't worry we are here for the exact opposite purpose. This blog serves as a platform where we will share our own personal experiences of nightmares in an elaborated story form and also invite anyone interested to do so. The great writer, also one of our favorites, J.K Rowling, once said through the awe inspiring character Albus Dumbledore "It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live." Taking the very literal meaning we hope The Illusionist reaches out to the people having similar experiences and wish our stories grab your attention.
